【摘要】：目的 :探討用不同的麻醉方法對接受隆乳術(shù)的患者進(jìn)行麻醉的臨床效果。方法 :選取近年來在我院接受隆乳術(shù)的81例患者作為研究對象。隨機(jī)將這些患者分為A組、B組和C組,每組各有27例患者。對A組患者進(jìn)行靜脈全身麻醉聯(lián)合局部麻醉,對B組患者進(jìn)行高位硬膜外阻滯麻醉,對C組患者進(jìn)行局部麻醉。然后,對這3組患者進(jìn)行麻醉前后不同時間段其HR、MAP和Sp O2等指標(biāo)的變化情況及其鎮(zhèn)痛的效果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果:在接受麻醉前后不同的時間段,3組患者的Sp O2指標(biāo)相比較,差異不顯著(p0.05),無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。在接受麻醉前,3組患者的HR及MAP指標(biāo)相比較無顯著性差異(p0.05),無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。與A組患者和C組患者相比,B組患者在接受麻醉后不同的時間段其HR及MAP指標(biāo)變化的幅度均較小,差異顯著(p0.05),有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。在接受麻醉后,A組患者和B組患者的鎮(zhèn)痛效果均比較理想,他們在接受手術(shù)的過程中均未感到疼痛。在C組患者中有22例患者有疼痛感,在為其追加麻醉藥進(jìn)行鎮(zhèn)痛后,其疼痛的癥狀得到緩解。結(jié)論 :與進(jìn)行局部麻醉和靜脈全身麻醉聯(lián)合局部麻醉相比,對接受隆乳術(shù)的患者進(jìn)行高位硬膜外阻滯麻醉的效果更理想。此法值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of different anesthetic methods on patients undergoing augmentation mammoplasty. Methods: 81 patients who received augmentation mammoplasty in our hospital in recent years were selected as study objects. These patients were randomly divided into A group, B group and C group with 27 patients in each group. Group A was treated with intravenous general anesthesia combined with local anesthesia, group B with high epidural block and group C with local anesthesia. Then, the changes of HR,MAP and Sp O 2 and the analgesic effect were compared between the three groups before and after anesthesia. Results: there was no significant difference in Sp O 2 between the three groups before and after anesthesia (p0. 05). There was no significant difference in HR and MAP between the three groups before anesthesia (p0. 05). Compared with group A and group C, the changes of HR and MAP in group B were smaller than those in group A and group C (p0.05). After anesthesia, the analgesic effect of both group A and group B was satisfactory, and they did not feel pain during the operation. In group C, 22 patients had a sense of pain, and the pain symptoms were alleviated after analgesia was given to them. Conclusion: compared with local anesthesia and intravenous general anesthesia combined with local anesthesia, high epidural block anesthesia is more effective for patients undergoing augmentation mammoplasty. This method is worth popularizing in clinic.
