【摘要】：目的:探討麻醉引起的低血壓對(duì)剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血的影響及預(yù)防措施。方法:收治剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦1 028例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組。觀察組剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)中給予預(yù)防血壓下降措施,對(duì)照組未給予預(yù)防血壓下降措施,比較兩組產(chǎn)后出血發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:觀察組產(chǎn)后出血4例,產(chǎn)后出血率0.78%。對(duì)照組產(chǎn)后出血15例,產(chǎn)后出血率2.8%,出血量600~1 500 m L。19例產(chǎn)后出血患者全部治愈。結(jié)論:剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中預(yù)防血壓下降措施能維持產(chǎn)婦血壓,避免麻醉引起的低血壓,可有效預(yù)防產(chǎn)后出血的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of anaesthesia induced hypotension on postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods: 1028 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given to prevent blood pressure drop in cesarean section, while the control group was not given to prevent blood pressure drop, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was compared between the two groups. Results: there were 4 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group, and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 0.78%. In the control group, there were 15 cases of postpartum hemorrhage, the rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 2.8%, and the amount of bleeding was 600 ~ 1 500 m. All the patients were cured. Conclusion: prevention of blood pressure drop during cesarean section can maintain maternal blood pressure, avoid hypotension caused by anesthesia, and prevent postpartum hemorrhage effectively.
