【摘要】：目的:分析研討麻醉內(nèi)鏡下行胃息肉切除術(shù)的要點(diǎn)狀況。方法:此研究?jī)?nèi)所研討的88例患者均隨機(jī)從2013年4月至2016年2月期間我院所收治的胃息肉患者中選取出,88例患者隨機(jī)分對(duì)照組、研究組兩組討論,每組44例,對(duì)照組治療方式為高頻電凝切除術(shù),研究組治療方式為麻醉內(nèi)鏡下胃息肉切除術(shù),記錄兩組治療中各指標(biāo),并對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果:對(duì)比兩組患者手術(shù)時(shí)間,研究組均低于對(duì)照組,組間數(shù)據(jù)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。研究組總并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率15.91%比對(duì)照組36.36%要低,組間數(shù)據(jù)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:臨床治療胃息肉疾病可考慮將麻醉內(nèi)鏡下胃息肉切除術(shù)作為一種首選方式,此方式療效突出,降低術(shù)中出血量和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生可能性,效果突出。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the main points of endoscopic gastrectomy for gastric polyposis. Methods: 88 patients in this study were randomly selected from the patients with gastric polyps treated in our hospital from April 2013 to February 2016. 88 patients were randomly divided into control group and study group with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated by high frequency electrocoagulation and the study group by endoscopic gastrectomy. The indexes of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results: compared with the two groups, the operation time of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the data between the two groups were statistically significant (P0.05). The incidence of total complications in the study group was 15.91% lower than that in the control group (36.36%). Conclusion: endoscopic resection of gastric polyposis can be considered as the first choice in the treatment of gastric polyposis.
