【摘要】：目的 對麻醉下推拿對腰椎間盤突出神經(jīng)疼痛患者的療效進(jìn)行研究及判定。方法 選取我院2013年2月~2014年1月收治的腰椎間盤突出神經(jīng)痛患者60例為研究對象,進(jìn)行隨機(jī)分組為對照組與觀察組,對照組給予患者傳統(tǒng)的推拿治療,觀察組給予患者麻醉下推拿治療,并觀察兩組患者的治療療效。結(jié)果 觀察組腰椎間盤突出神經(jīng)痛患者的疼痛緩解率高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 給予腰椎間盤突出神經(jīng)疼痛患者麻醉下推拿的療效較傳統(tǒng)推拿治療更為顯著,可有效的緩解患者的疼痛情況,從而改善其生活質(zhì)量,療效顯著,值得在臨床中推廣實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of massage under anesthesia on patients with nerve pain caused by lumbar disc herniation. Methods from February 2013 to January 2014, 60 patients with neuralgia of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with traditional massage therapy. The patients in the observation group were treated with massage under anesthesia, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results the pain relief rate of patients with neuralgia of lumbar disc herniation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the effect of massage under anesthesia in patients with pain of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is more significant than that in traditional massage. It can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve their quality of life. It is worth popularizing and implementing in clinic.
