【摘要】：目的探究中醫(yī)肛俞穴麻醉在肛腸科的應(yīng)用療效。方法選取80例肛腸病患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,各40例。觀察組采用中醫(yī)肛俞穴麻醉治療方法,對(duì)照組采用中醫(yī)腰俞穴麻醉治療方法,比較2組患者的治療療效。結(jié)果觀察組的療效顯著高于對(duì)照組,觀察組療效的優(yōu)良率為90.0%,對(duì)照組療效的優(yōu)良率為72.5%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論中醫(yī)肛俞穴麻醉在肛腸科的應(yīng)用療效顯著,其麻醉時(shí)間可長(zhǎng)達(dá)5 h左右,是一種比較安全的中長(zhǎng)效麻醉技術(shù),值得在肛腸疾病的臨床治療中推廣和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of anus-intestinal anesthesia on anus-intestinal department in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 80 patients with anorectal disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine anaesthesia method and the control group was treated with Yaoshu point anesthesia. The curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results the curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 90.0 and the excellent and good rate of the control group was 72.5, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the application of traditional Chinese medicine anaesthesia on anal and intestinal diseases is a safe medium and long term anesthetic technique, which is worth popularizing and applying in the clinical treatment of anorectal diseases.
