【摘要】：目的:本文觀察了不同方法臂叢神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉的效果,以供臨床麻醉參考。方法:本研究觀察了130例手術(shù)患者,實(shí)施了單純腋路神經(jīng)阻滯和腋路神經(jīng)阻滯聯(lián)合肌間溝神經(jīng)阻滯,通過比較麻醉起效時間,阻滯完善時間,阻滯較完善等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:兩組患者、性別、年齡、體重、ASA分級等組間比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。效果評價:Ⅰ組麻醉阻滯優(yōu)良率為83.9%,Ⅱ組優(yōu)良率為97.1%高于Ⅰ組(p0.05)。麻醉起效時間、麻醉阻滯優(yōu)良時間Ⅱ組快于Ⅰ組(p0.05);麻醉維持時間Ⅰ組與Ⅱ組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05)。結(jié)論:對于肘關(guān)節(jié)以下手術(shù)實(shí)施腋路神經(jīng)阻滯聯(lián)合肌間溝神經(jīng)阻滯效果好。
