【摘要】：目的探討兒科麻醉中氯胺酮與丙泊酚的臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法本次研究對(duì)象選取本院在2015年4月~2016年4月接受收治的60例行兒科麻醉手術(shù)患者。根據(jù)患者入院順序?qū)⑵浞殖芍委熃M和對(duì)照組,采取不同的麻醉用藥方式,各30例。比較兩組患者麻醉效果。結(jié)果治療組患者血氧飽和度為、心率、平均動(dòng)脈壓各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均低于對(duì)照組;且蘇醒時(shí)間、體動(dòng)反應(yīng)和精神癥狀患者少于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論兒科麻醉中氯胺酮聯(lián)合丙泊酚進(jìn)行麻醉能夠縮短患者蘇醒時(shí)間,對(duì)患者心率及血壓等生命體征影響小,使用安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of ketamine and propofol in pediatric anesthesia. Methods A total of 60 pediatric anesthetic patients who were admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group. To compare the anesthetic effect between the two groups. Results the blood oxygen saturation, heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the recovery time, body movement reaction and mental symptoms were lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion ketamine combined with propofol in pediatric anesthesia can shorten the recovery time of patients, have little effect on vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure, and be safe and effective.
