【摘要】：目的:探討剖宮產(chǎn)患者應(yīng)用腰-硬聯(lián)合麻醉不同穿刺間隙的麻醉效果。方法:收治產(chǎn)婦60例,按照麻醉穿刺間隙的不同分為研究組和對(duì)照組各30例,研究組穿刺點(diǎn)為L1~2,對(duì)照組穿刺點(diǎn)為L3~4。結(jié)果:研究組有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組,研究組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率顯著少于對(duì)照組,且研究組運(yùn)動(dòng)阻滯起效時(shí)間、感覺阻滯起效時(shí)間、I-D時(shí)間與感覺恢復(fù)時(shí)間等均少于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦腰-硬聯(lián)合麻醉下穿刺點(diǎn)L1~2的麻醉效果良好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the anesthetic effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia on different puncture spaces in cesarean section. Methods: sixty cases of parturient were divided into study group and control group according to the different space of anesthesia puncture. The puncture point of the study group was L1 ~ (2) and the control group was L3 ~ (4). Results: the effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the onset time of motor block, the onset time of sensory block and the time of sensory recovery in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the anesthesia effect of L _ (1) O _ (2) was good under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean section.
