【摘要】：目的:探討地佐辛聯(lián)合右美托咪定預(yù)防瑞芬太尼復(fù)合麻醉后患者術(shù)后痛覺過敏的臨床作用。方法:將62例手術(shù)患者分為對照組和觀察組。對照組患者30例行瑞芬太尼復(fù)合麻醉,觀察組患者32例在瑞芬太尼復(fù)合麻醉基礎(chǔ)上給予地佐辛聯(lián)合右美托咪定。評估兩組患者的蘇醒時間、拔管時間、疼痛程度、嗎啡累積使用量及術(shù)后24 h內(nèi)不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:兩組患者蘇醒時間和拔管時間結(jié)果提示無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。與對照組比較,觀察組患者的VAS評分明顯降低,嗎啡累積使用量及使用率明顯減少(P0.05)。兩組患者術(shù)后24 h內(nèi)無呼吸抑制發(fā)生,與對照組相比,觀察組患者惡心嘔吐及寒顫的發(fā)生率明顯降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論:地佐辛聯(lián)合右美托咪定能夠從不同通路降低瑞芬太尼復(fù)合麻醉引起的患者術(shù)后痛覺過敏反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine combined with dextro-zocine in preventing postoperative hyperalgesia in patients undergoing remifentanil combined anesthesia.Methods:62 patients were divided into control group and observation group.30 patients in control group were given remifentanil combined anesthesia.32 patients in observation group were given dextro-zocine combined with dextro on the basis of remifentanil combined anesthesia. METOMIDINE. The recovery time, extubation time, pain degree, cumulative morphine use and adverse reactions within 24 hours were evaluated. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in recovery time and extubation time. The incidence of nausea, vomiting and chills in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Dezocine combined with dexmedetomidine can reduce postoperative hyperalgesia induced by remifentanil anesthesia through different pathways.
