【摘要】：目的探究探究流程再造在麻醉護(hù)理的相關(guān)效果和應(yīng)用情況。方法選擇本院就診的擇期手術(shù)患者58例,依照是否實(shí)施麻醉護(hù)理流程再造,分成觀察組與對(duì)照組,比較2組患者和麻醉師術(shù)后滿意情況與不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果實(shí)施麻醉護(hù)理后,對(duì)照組術(shù)后患者滿意率為82.76%,麻醉師滿意率為79.31%;觀察組術(shù)后患者滿意率為96.55%,麻醉師滿意率為100%,2組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對(duì)照組患者總不良反應(yīng)率為17.24%,觀察組患者總不良反應(yīng)率為3.45%,2組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論圍術(shù)期患者實(shí)施麻醉護(hù)理流程再造,可提升患者手術(shù)質(zhì)量,對(duì)疾病轉(zhuǎn)歸具有臨床意義,值得進(jìn)一步推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect and application of process reengineering in anesthetic nursing. Methods 58 patients with elective operation were selected and divided into two groups according to whether or not to carry out anaesthesia nursing process reengineering. The patients and anesthesiologists in the two groups were compared with the patients and anesthesiologists in the incidence of postoperative satisfaction and adverse reactions. Results after anesthesia nursing, the satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 82.766.The satisfaction rate of the anesthesiologist was 79.31, the satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 96.555.The satisfaction rate of the anesthesiologist was 100 and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The total adverse reaction rate of the control group was 17.24 and the total adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 3.45. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion the anaesthesia nursing process reengineering in perioperative period can improve the quality of operation and has clinical significance for the outcome of the disease, which is worth further popularizing.
