【摘要】：目的:分析在心血管內(nèi)科介入手術(shù)過程中給予喉罩麻醉的臨床效果。方法:選取本院2013年1月-2015年6月期間收治的心血管內(nèi)科介入手術(shù)患兒52例作為研究對象,按照不同麻醉方法分為試驗組和對照組,每組各26例,其中試驗組行喉罩麻醉,對照組行氣管插管麻醉。分別觀察兩組患兒的血流動力學(xué)指標(biāo),比較拔管時間及清醒時間和蘇醒期不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:試驗組患兒在麻醉后的不同時刻(T2、T3、T4時刻)的心率(HR)與平均動脈壓(MAP)均明顯低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。試驗組的拔管時間與清醒時間均明顯短于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。試驗組蘇醒期出現(xiàn)躁動、咽痛、喉痙攣等不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率為11.5%,明顯低于對照組的38.5%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:心血管內(nèi)科疾病患者在行介入手術(shù)中,采用喉罩麻醉具有良好的效果。與傳統(tǒng)氣管插管相比,其具有穩(wěn)定血流動力學(xué)、縮短清醒時間、降低蘇醒期不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率等優(yōu)點,值得臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of laryngeal mask anesthesia during interventional surgery in cardiovascular department. Methods: a total of 52 children undergoing interventional cardiovascular surgery from January 2013 to June 2015 were divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 26) and control group (n = 26). Laryngeal mask anesthesia was performed in the experimental group. The control group was anesthetized by tracheal intubation. The hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were observed and the time of extubation, waking time and adverse reactions during recovery were compared. Results: the heart rate (HR) and mean arterial pressure (MAP) were significantly lower in the test group than in the control group at different time after anesthesia (P 0.05). The time of extubation and sobriety in the test group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P0.01). The incidence of restlessness, sore throat, laryngeal spasm and other adverse reactions in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: laryngeal mask anesthesia is effective in interventional surgery for patients with cardiovascular diseases. Compared with traditional tracheal intubation, it has the advantages of stabilizing hemodynamics, shortening awake time and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions during recovery, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
