【摘要】：目的:利用個案追蹤法提高麻醉護理技能,降低麻醉護理不良事件發(fā)生率。方法:建立質(zhì)控小組,完善與追蹤表內(nèi)容相匹配的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和評價體系,培訓(xùn)質(zhì)控小組成員學(xué)習(xí)個案追蹤方法,按照每周追蹤2例的頻次,在10:30~16:00期間,確定麻醉復(fù)蘇高峰段為追蹤時間進行追蹤。結(jié)果:壓瘡發(fā)生率下降0.6%,精麻藥品管理合格率上升11%,輸血質(zhì)量合格率100%,全麻復(fù)蘇患者導(dǎo)管脫落率下降2.9%,全麻患者墜床發(fā)生率為0。結(jié)論:個案追蹤法有利于提高麻醉護理技能,降低麻醉護理不良事件發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve anesthetic nursing skills and reduce the incidence of adverse events in anesthetic nursing. Methods: the quality control group was established, the quality standard and evaluation system matched with the contents of the tracking table were perfected, and the members of the quality control group were trained to study the case tracking method. According to the frequency of tracking 2 cases per week, the period of 10: 3030: 16: 00 was used. Determine the peak stage of anaesthesia resuscitation for tracking time. Results: the incidence of pressure sore decreased 0.6%, the qualified rate of management of fine anesthesia increased 11%, the qualified rate of blood transfusion quality 100%, the rate of catheter shedding of patients with general anesthesia resuscitation decreased 2.9%, and the incidence of falling bed of patients with general anesthesia was 0%. Conclusion: case-tracing is helpful to improve anesthetic nursing skills and reduce the incidence of adverse events in anesthetic nursing.
