【摘要】：為提高水產(chǎn)品活體運(yùn)輸?shù)拇婊盥?文章探明了將傳統(tǒng)中藥冰片作為麻醉劑應(yīng)用于水產(chǎn)品活體運(yùn)輸?shù)目赡苄�。�?duì)比了不同濃度的MS-222(間氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲磺酸鹽,也稱"魚安定")和冰片麻醉劑對(duì)草魚(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)的麻醉效果,并在30 mg/L的冰片麻醉劑和20 mg/L的MS-222中研究了水溫對(duì)麻醉效果的影響,最后在20℃水溫條件下分別在30 mg/L的冰片麻醉劑和20 mg/L的MS-222中進(jìn)行了麻醉模擬運(yùn)輸試驗(yàn)并對(duì)關(guān)鍵生化指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較分析。麻醉試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:隨麻醉劑濃度增加,草魚進(jìn)入相同麻醉期時(shí)間縮短,完全復(fù)蘇時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),20~40 mg/L的冰片麻醉劑適于草魚的麻醉運(yùn)輸。麻醉時(shí)間隨水溫降低而縮短,復(fù)蘇時(shí)間隨著水溫降低而增加,20~25℃水溫適于草魚的冰片麻醉運(yùn)輸。麻醉模擬運(yùn)輸試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:冰片麻醉運(yùn)輸24 h存活率為100%,MS-222麻醉運(yùn)輸24 h存活率為70%。復(fù)蘇時(shí)間隨運(yùn)輸時(shí)間的增加而增加。冰片麻醉運(yùn)輸各項(xiàng)生化指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于MS-222麻醉運(yùn)輸。文章結(jié)果顯示,在20~25℃水溫條件下,冰片麻醉運(yùn)輸保活效果優(yōu)于MS-222。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the survival rate of aquatic products in vivo transportation, the possibility of using traditional Chinese medicine borneol as an anesthetic to transport aquatic products in vivo was explored in this paper. The anesthetic effects of different concentrations of MS-222 (m-aminobenzoate) and borneol anesthetic on Ctenopharyngodon idellus were compared. The effects of water temperature on the anesthetic effect were studied in 30 mg/L borneol anesthetic and 20 mg/L MS-222.
