【摘要】：目的分析不同麻醉方法對(duì)老年患者股骨近端防旋髓內(nèi)釘(PFNA)術(shù)后并發(fā)癥和轉(zhuǎn)歸的影響。方法回顧性分析296例行PFNA內(nèi)固定術(shù)的股骨粗隆間骨折老年患者的臨床資料。其中,144例采用腰-硬聯(lián)合麻醉(CSEA組),152例采用全身麻醉(GA組)。比較兩組術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況和治療轉(zhuǎn)歸。結(jié)果兩組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、住院期間病死率、術(shù)后30-d再住院率和術(shù)后30-d病死率均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論腰-硬聯(lián)合麻醉和全身麻醉都可用于老年P(guān)FNA手術(shù),兩種麻醉方法對(duì)患者術(shù)后轉(zhuǎn)歸未見(jiàn)明顯差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of different anesthetic methods on postoperative complications and outcome of femoral intramedullary nailing (PFNA) in elderly patients. Methods the clinical data of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur treated with PFNA internal fixation were retrospectively analyzed. 144 cases were treated with CSEA group, 152 cases were treated with general anesthesia and GA group. The incidence of postoperative complications and the outcome of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of complications, the mortality during hospitalization, the rate of re-hospitalization 30 days after operation and the fatality rate of 30 days after operation (P 0.05). Conclusion Spinal-epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia can be used in elderly PFNA operation. There is no significant difference between the two anesthesia methods in postoperative outcome.
