【摘要】：選擇2013年7月~2015年10月在我院接受骨外科手術治療的老年患者116例作為研究對象,按照麻醉方法不同分為觀察組和對照組,觀察組58例行硬膜外麻醉,對照組58例行全身麻醉,比較兩組患者的MMSE評分和術后認知功能障礙的發(fā)病率。兩組患者手術前MMSE評分差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,P0.05,術后1d和術后7d,觀察組患者MMSE評分高于對照組,POCD例數(shù)觀察組6例(10.3%),對照組14例(24.1%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,P0.05。全身麻醉和硬膜外麻醉均會對老年骨科患者術后認知功能造成影響,而硬膜外麻醉患者的MMSE評分高于全身麻醉,術后認知功能障礙發(fā)病率也低于全身麻醉。
[Abstract]:116 elderly patients undergoing bone surgery from July 2013 to October 2015 were divided into observation group (n = 58) and control group (n = 58) and general anesthesia group (n = 58) according to different anesthetic methods. The MMSE score and the incidence of postoperative cognitive impairment were compared between the two groups. There was no significant difference in MMSE scores between the two groups before operation (P 0.05). The MMSE scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (6 cases) and the control group (14 cases) on the 1st day and the 7th day after operation (P 0.05). General anesthesia and epidural anesthesia had an effect on the postoperative cognitive function of the elderly orthopaedic patients, but the MMSE score of the patients with epidural anesthesia was higher than that of general anesthesia, and the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction was lower than that of general anesthesia.
