【摘要】：目的:探討重慶市手術(shù)室吸入麻醉廢氣污染狀況。方法:在2015年1月~2016年1月隨機(jī)抽取重慶市20家醫(yī)院的210間手術(shù)室作為麻醉廢氣濃度檢測對象。在2015年1月~2016年1月對210間手術(shù)室進(jìn)行空氣采樣,統(tǒng)計和分析兩組麻醉廢氣檢出率和麻醉廢氣超標(biāo)情況。結(jié)果:吸入組的廢氣檢出率為87%,非吸入組的廢氣檢出率為24.8%,吸入組的廢氣檢出率高于非吸入組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。吸入組共有77例檢測出麻醉廢氣,非吸入組有133例檢測出麻醉廢氣,其中吸入組的67例中共有66例廢氣超標(biāo),非吸入組中共有2例廢氣超標(biāo)。吸入組的廢氣濃度超標(biāo)率高于非吸入組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:吸入麻醉是導(dǎo)致手術(shù)室內(nèi)產(chǎn)生麻醉廢氣的關(guān)鍵所在,采取有效的防護(hù)措施能夠降低手術(shù)室麻醉廢氣污染,確保手術(shù)室醫(yī)務(wù)人員的身心健康。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the pollution of inhaled anesthetic exhaust gas in operating room of Chongqing. Methods: 210 operating rooms in 20 hospitals in Chongqing were randomly selected from January 2015 to January 2016 as subjects for detecting the concentration of anesthetic exhaust gas. From January 2015 to January 2016, 210 operating room air samples were collected, and the detection rate of anesthetic exhaust gas and the over-standard situation of anesthetic exhaust gas in two groups were statistically analyzed. Results: the detection rate of exhaust gas in inhaled group was 87 and that in non-inhaled group was 24.8.The detection rate of exhaust gas in inhaled group was higher than that in non-inhaled group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There were 77 cases of anesthetic exhaust gas detected in inhaled group, 133 cases of non-inhalation group detected anaesthesia exhaust gas, of which 66 cases of inhaled group and 2 cases of non-inhaled group were found to be in excess of standard. The excess rate of exhaust gas concentration in the inhalation group was higher than that in the non-inhaled group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: inhaled anesthesia is the key to produce anesthetic exhaust gas in operating room. Effective protective measures can reduce the pollution of anesthetic exhaust gas in operating room and ensure the physical and mental health of medical personnel in operating room.
