【摘要】：目的:分析手術室優(yōu)質護理對急診手術患者生理、心理的影響。方法:選擇筆者所在醫(yī)院2014年8月-2015年7月收治的行急診手術治療的180例患者作為觀察對象,通過隨機數(shù)字表法將其分為研究組和對照組,各90例。對照組應用手術室常規(guī)護理干預,研究組患者則采用優(yōu)質護理方法干預。通過癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)對兩組患者的心理狀態(tài)進行評價,比較兩組心理、生理指標變化情況及對護理的滿意度。結果:護理前,兩組SCL-90各主要指標評分比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);護理后,研究組SCL-90各主要指標評分優(yōu)于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。研究組護理滿意度高與對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。麻醉前,研究組血壓和心率優(yōu)于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:對急診手術患者應用手術室優(yōu)質護理干預能夠顯著改善患者的生理、心理狀態(tài),提高滿意度,對于促進患者健康、改善護患關系均具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of quality nursing in operating room on physiology and psychology of emergency patients. Methods: 180 patients who were treated with emergency operation in our hospital from August 2014 to July 2015 were selected as observation objects. They were divided into study group and control group with 90 cases each by random digital table method. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention in operating room and the patients in the study group were treated with high quality nursing methods. The psychological state of the two groups was evaluated by symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), and the changes of psychological and physiological indexes and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: before nursing, there was no significant difference in SCL-90 scores between the two groups. After nursing, the scores of SCL-90 in the study group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Before anesthesia, the blood pressure and heart rate in the study group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the application of high quality nursing intervention in emergency operation can significantly improve the physiological and psychological state of the patients, improve their satisfaction, and play an important role in promoting the patients' health and improving the relationship between nurses and patients.
