【摘要】：目的探討噴他佐辛預(yù)防瑞芬太尼復(fù)合麻醉患者術(shù)后疼痛的臨床效果。方法選取社旗縣人民醫(yī)院手術(shù)患者120例,均采用瑞芬太尼復(fù)合氣管插管全麻麻醉,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組患者均為60例,觀察組手術(shù)結(jié)束前注射噴他佐辛,對(duì)照組手術(shù)結(jié)束前注射曲馬多。結(jié)果觀察組患者蘇醒時(shí)間、氣管拔管時(shí)間、自王呼吸恢復(fù)時(shí)間、定向力恢復(fù)時(shí)間,和對(duì)照組患者比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),觀察組患者術(shù)后30、60、120分鐘疼痛VAS評(píng)分顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組患者(P0.05)。結(jié)論應(yīng)用噴他佐辛預(yù)防瑞芬太尼符合麻醉患者術(shù)后疼痛效果,顯著優(yōu)于應(yīng)用曲馬多。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of pentazosine in preventing postoperative pain in patients with remifentanil combined anesthesia. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60) under general anesthesia with remifentanil combined with tracheal intubation. Tramadol was injected into the control group before operation. Results the recovery time, tracheal extubation time, respiratory recovery time and directional recovery time in the observation group were compared with those in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The VAS score of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group at 30 minutes 60120 minutes after operation. Conclusion the effect of prophylaxis of remifentanil on postoperative pain in anesthetized patients was significantly better than that of tramadol.
