【摘要】：正患者,男,63歲,身高175cm,體重68kg。因"不完全性腸梗阻"在外院診治,期間CT檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)"左腎上腺區(qū)腫塊,大小7.5cm×4.1cm×4.5cm",轉(zhuǎn)入我院,擬在全身麻醉下行后腹腔鏡下左腎上腺腫瘤切除術(shù)�；颊咦允鲇懈哐獕翰∈�,只服用珍菊降壓片控制血壓,效果滿意;否認(rèn)惡性高血壓發(fā)作及伴有心悸、頭暈等癥狀。臨床考慮腫瘤為無功能性,所以未做24h血、尿兒茶酚胺及其代謝產(chǎn)物濃度測定。
[Abstract]:The patient was 63 years old, 175cm tall and 68 kg. During the diagnosis and treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction in our hospital, CT findings of "left adrenal mass, size 7.5cm 脳 4.1cm 脳 4.5cm" were transferred to our hospital for retroperitoneal laparoscopic resection of left adrenal neoplasms under general anesthesia. The patient reported a history of hypertension, only took Zhenju Jiangya tablet to control blood pressure, the effect was satisfactory; denied malignant hypertension attack and accompanied by palpitation, dizziness and other symptoms. The tumor was considered as nonfunctional, so the concentration of catecholamine and its metabolites in 24 h blood and urine were not determined.
