【摘要】：目的探究分析腰麻-硬膜外聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉與單純硬膜外麻醉的臨床麻醉效果。方法 50例進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療的患者,隨機(jī)分成聯(lián)合麻醉組和對(duì)照組,各25例。對(duì)照組患者在進(jìn)行手術(shù)前采用單純硬膜外麻醉,聯(lián)合麻醉組患者在進(jìn)行手術(shù)前采用腰麻-硬膜外聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉,觀察并比較兩組患者的麻醉效果。結(jié)果聯(lián)合麻醉組顯效18例,有效5例,無效2例,麻醉總有效率為92.00%;對(duì)照組患者顯效15例,有效4例,無效6例,麻醉總有效率為76.00%;兩組麻醉效果比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在進(jìn)行手術(shù)前采取腰麻-硬膜外聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉可以顯著的提高患者手術(shù)中麻醉效果,顯著的提高臨床手術(shù)質(zhì)量,可以使手術(shù)的順利進(jìn)行,值得臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effects of combined spinal-epidural block anesthesia and epidural anesthesia alone. Methods 50 patients undergoing surgical treatment were randomly divided into combined anesthesia group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with simple epidural anesthesia before operation, and the patients in the combined anesthesia group were treated with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia before operation. The anesthetic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results in the combined anesthesia group, there were 18 cases of remarkable effect, 5 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffective, and the total effective rate of anesthesia was 92.00%, while that of control group was 15 cases, 4 cases, 6 cases, and the total effective rate of anesthesia was 76.00. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion combined spinal-epidural anesthesia before operation can significantly improve the anesthetic effect, improve the quality of clinical operation, and make the operation go smoothly, which is worth popularizing.
