【摘要】：目的分析比較不同麻醉方式下直腸癌術(shù)后患者的疼痛情況。方法 50例采取直腸癌手術(shù)患者,隨機(jī)分為A組和B組,各25例。A組使用單純?nèi)砺樽?全麻)方式,B組使用硬膜外復(fù)合全麻,對(duì)比分析兩組患者術(shù)后蘇醒時(shí)間、術(shù)后疼痛情況、麻醉后監(jiān)測(cè)治療室(PACU)停留的時(shí)間。結(jié)果 A組總有效率為100.0%,B組總有效率為52.0%;比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。B組術(shù)后蘇醒時(shí)間為(25.40±4.18)min,A組為(50.40±4.57)min;B組PACU停留的時(shí)間為(29.40±4.54)min,A組為(55.40±4.12)min;比較差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在直腸癌手術(shù)中采用硬膜外復(fù)合全麻方式,所需藥物較少,且患者術(shù)后蘇醒時(shí)間較短,有利于緩解患者術(shù)后疼痛情況,值得在臨床中推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and compare the postoperative pain of rectal cancer under different anesthetic methods. Methods Fifty patients undergoing rectal cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 25) and group B (n = 25) were treated with simple general anesthesia (general anesthesia) and group B (n = 25) were treated with epidural combined general anesthesia. Postoperative pain and duration of stay in the treatment room were monitored after anesthesia. Results the total effective rate of group A was 100.0 and the total effective rate of group B was 52.0, and the postoperative recovery time of group A was 25.40 鹵4.18 min and that of group A was 50.40 鹵4.57 min. The total effective rate of group B was 55.40 鹵4.12 min in group B, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion the method of epidural combined with general anesthesia in rectal cancer surgery requires less drugs and shorter recovery time after operation, which is helpful to relieve the postoperative pain and is worth popularizing in clinic.
