【摘要】：為確定貓杯狀病毒(Feline calicivirus,FCV)SH、JL-1、JL-2分離株毒力強(qiáng)弱,將其分別人工接種6~11周齡健康非免疫家貓,分成接種組和對(duì)照組。接種前后分別測(cè)定各組貓?bào)w溫、體質(zhì)量,觀察發(fā)病情況及臨床癥狀,按照歐洲藥典對(duì)癥狀進(jìn)行計(jì)分。于感染后14d麻醉處死,制備病料組織切片,觀察組織器官的病理變化。結(jié)果顯示,家貓感染FCV后總發(fā)病率為100%,死亡率為66.7%;SH、JL-1、JL-2組臨床癥狀平均得分分別為8、4、9,對(duì)照組得分為1。病理解剖觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),貓感染FCV后,以鼻、眼分泌物增加,口腔潰瘍?yōu)樘卣?消化道病變較輕微,肺部出現(xiàn)不同程度的變性、出血,呈明顯病理性"肉樣變";病理組織學(xué)觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),肺臟有數(shù)量不等的肺泡上皮細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞脫落,伴隨少量纖維蛋白滲出和彌漫性肺泡損傷。結(jié)果表明,FCV SH、JL-1、JL-2分離株均有一定的致病性,其中以JL-2株的毒力最強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the virulence of Feline calicivirus FCVS JL-1 / JL-2 strain, we inoculated 61-week-old healthy non-immunized domestic cats by artificial inoculation and divided them into two groups: inoculation group and control group. Before and after inoculation, the body temperature and body mass of the cats were measured, the incidence and clinical symptoms were observed, and the symptoms were scored according to the European Pharmacopoeia. At the 14th day after infection, the rats were anesthetized and killed, the tissue sections were prepared and the pathological changes of tissues and organs were observed. The results showed that the total incidence of FCV infection in domestic cats was 100 and the mortality rate was 66.7. The average score of clinical symptoms in the JL-2 group was 84 / 9 and that in the control group was 1. Pathological observation showed that after infection with FCV, cats were characterized by increased nasal and eye secretion, oral ulcers, mild digestive tract lesions, varying degrees of degeneration and hemorrhage in the lungs. Histopathological observation showed that alveolar epithelial cells and macrophages were exfoliated, accompanied by a small amount of fibrin exudation and diffuse alveolar injury. The results showed that the isolates of JL-1 JL-2 of FCV had certain pathogenicity, and the virulence of JL-2 strain was the strongest.
