【摘要】：正壓瘡是指由于身體局部組織長時間受壓,血液循環(huán)障礙,組織營養(yǎng)缺乏,致使皮膚失去正常功能而引起的軟組織潰爛和壞死~([1])。脊柱后路手術(shù)患者常規(guī)全身麻醉下長時間被動俯臥位,是壓瘡好發(fā)的高危人群,尤其是患者顏面部皮膚壓瘡發(fā)生率相對較高~([2-3]),所以顏面部的保護(hù)一直是俯臥位手術(shù)中的難題。選擇合適體位墊來保護(hù)患者受壓皮膚是當(dāng)前護(hù)理研究的一個熱點。近年來,多項研究~([4-6])證明,高分子凝膠體位墊有預(yù)防
[Abstract]:Positive pressure sore refers to soft tissue ulceration and necrosis caused by prolonged pressure of local tissues, obstruction of blood circulation, lack of tissue nutrition, and loss of normal function of the skin. The passive prone position of the patients undergoing general anesthesia for a long time is the high risk group of pressure sore, especially the high incidence rate of skin pressure sore in the face of the patients ([2-3]), so the protection of the face is always a difficult problem in the operation of prone position. It is a hot point in nursing research to choose proper position pad to protect the pressed skin. In recent years, a number of studies ([4-6]) have proved that the polymer gel position pad has a preventive effect.
