【摘要】：目的:本課題在對古代有關(guān)天牖五部的文獻(xiàn)記載的整理以及對近20年有關(guān)天牖五部應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn)系統(tǒng)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，對天牖五部治療的疾病種類、刺激方式、操作方法及穴位常用配伍進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)和統(tǒng)計分析，以期為臨床治療提供參考。 方法:本課題首先運用古文獻(xiàn)研究方法，對有關(guān)天牖五部的古代文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行整理。然后，運用文獻(xiàn)檢索的方法，以“天牖五部”、“天牖”、“人迎”、“扶突”、“天柱”、“天府”為主題或者關(guān)鍵詞，對相關(guān)期刊論文（CNKI）、維普中文期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫（VIP）、萬方學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（WF）近20年收錄文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行計算機檢索，將檢索到的文章進(jìn)行篩選梳理，根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)納入符合本研究的全部文獻(xiàn)。 結(jié)果:共納入文獻(xiàn)216篇，涉及天牖五部治療的相關(guān)系統(tǒng)疾病分布情況為：神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)94篇，，運動系統(tǒng)41篇，五官疾病43篇，消化系統(tǒng)20篇，循環(huán)系統(tǒng)6篇，手術(shù)麻醉5篇，內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)4篇，乳腺疾病3篇。涉及的具體疾病共49種，其中前10位的疾病為中風(fēng)、頸椎病、眩暈、急慢性咽喉炎、呃逆、枕神經(jīng)痛、手術(shù)麻醉、高血壓病、喉v、三叉神經(jīng)痛。 結(jié)論:天牖五部在現(xiàn)代臨床上的應(yīng)用較為廣泛，治療效果良好。但臨床多以單穴或兩穴配伍為主，天牖五部合用罕見。本研究顯示天牖五部在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)及運動系統(tǒng)的疾病針灸治療中最為常用。
[Abstract]:Objective: on the basis of sorting out the ancient documents about the five parts of Tianyou and combing the modern literature system about the application of the five parts of Tianyou in the past 20 years, this subject deals with the types of diseases and the ways of stimulation in the treatment of the five parts of Tianyou. The methods of operation and common compatibility of acupoints were summarized and statistically analyzed in order to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: in this paper, the ancient documents about the five parts of Tianyou were sorted out by using the method of ancient literature research. Then, using the method of literature retrieval, the theme or key words are "Tianyou five", "Tianyou", "people welcome", "Fu Tu", "Tianzhu", "Tianfu". In the last 20 years, the Chinese periodical full-text database (CNKI), the Weipu Chinese periodical database (VIPI) and Wanfang academic journal full-text database (WF) have been searched by computer, and the articles retrieved have been screened and sorted out. According to the criteria of literature inclusion, all the documents that are consistent with this study are included. Results: a total of 216 articles were included. The distribution of diseases related to the five parts of Tianyou was as follows: nervous system 94, motor system 41, facial diseases 43, digestive system 20, circulatory 6, operative anesthesia 5. Endocrine system 4, mammary gland disease 3. The first 10 diseases were stroke, cervical spondylosis, vertigo, acute and chronic laryngitis, hiccup, occipital neuralgia, surgical anesthesia, hypertension, larynx, trigeminal neuralgia. Conclusion: Tianyou five departments are widely used in modern clinic, and the therapeutic effect is good. But clinical more to single point or two points compatibility, Tianyou five combined rare. This study shows that Tianyou five parts are the most commonly used in acupuncture treatment of nervous system and motor system diseases.
