【摘要】：麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥物在臨床治療工作中具有至關(guān)重要的作用,常用于癌癥晚期患者及嚴(yán)重外傷手術(shù)時的麻醉鎮(zhèn)痛,但其本身具有一定的成癮性,若機(jī)體反復(fù)與藥物接觸易導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)對藥物強(qiáng)迫性使用及過度持續(xù)性渴求狀態(tài),使患者精神和機(jī)體產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重依賴,甚至引發(fā)嚴(yán)重社會問題。故對臨床麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥物有效規(guī)范化管理,防止藥物濫用具有至關(guān)重要的意義,結(jié)合自身臨床工作經(jīng)驗,對麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥濫用的主要危害及具體防范措施做如下綜述,以期對臨床麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥的規(guī)范管理提供相應(yīng)幫助。
[Abstract]:Anesthetic analgesic drugs play an important role in clinical treatment. They are often used for anaesthesia and analgesia in patients with advanced cancer and severe traumatic surgery, but they are addictive.If the body is in contact with drugs repeatedly, it will lead to compulsive use of drugs and excessive persistent craving, which will lead to serious dependence on patients' mental and body, and even lead to serious social problems.Therefore, it is of great significance to standardize the management of anesthetic analgesic drugs and prevent drug abuse. Combined with their own clinical work experience, the main harm and specific preventive measures of anesthetic analgesic abuse are summarized as follows.In order to provide corresponding help to the standard management of clinical anaesthesia analgesics.
