【摘要】：目的 1.探討麻醉下推拿松解整體療法及單純推拿手法對肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎患者癥狀的改善情況；2.對比觀察麻醉下推拿松解整體療法和單純推拿手法治療肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎的臨床療效。 方法 1.通過CNKI、萬方數(shù)據(jù)知識服務(wù)平臺等文獻檢索工具查閱大量近年來有關(guān)單純推拿手法治療肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎的文獻資料；2.按照隨機分組原則,將60例肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎患者隨機分為治療組和對照組進行臨床觀察。治療組采用麻醉下推拿松解整體療法治療,對照組采用單純推拿手法進行治療,觀察分析對比治療前后患者疼痛程度、ADL評價、關(guān)節(jié)活動范圍等指標。 結(jié)果 1.分析整理了近年來采用單純推拿手法治療肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎的文獻資料；2.與治療前相比,治療后2組患者肩關(guān)節(jié)活動范圍、VAS評分、ADL的指數(shù)有不同程度的改善,差異均有顯著性(P0.05),治療組的臨床療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組的臨床療效。 結(jié)論 1.單純推拿手法治療相對其他療法,有舒適、綠色、患者依從性高、手法安全性高、基本無副作用、費用低等優(yōu)勢,患者不會產(chǎn)生像手術(shù)、針灸、針刀等治療所帶來的恐懼心理,不會產(chǎn)生膏藥或中藥外敷可能帶來的皮膚過敏反應(yīng)等,并且避免了口服藥物帶來的副作用,臨床上可作為輕中度肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎的首選治療方案推廣使用。2.麻醉下推拿松解整體療法治療肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎總體療效確切,具有安全性和實用性,在減輕疼痛,改善肩關(guān)節(jié)活動度方面優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的單純推拿手法治療。
[Abstract]:Purpose1.To explore the improvement of the symptoms of patients with periarthritis of shoulder under anesthesia by massage therapy and massage manipulation alone.To observe the clinical effect of massotherapy under anesthesia and massage manipulation alone in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Method1.Through CNKI, Wanfang data knowledge service platform and other literature retrieval tools to consult a large number of recent literature about the treatment of shoulder periarthritis by massage manipulation alone.According to the principle of random grouping, 60 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for clinical observation.The treatment group was treated with the whole therapy of massage release under anesthesia, while the control group was treated with simple massage manipulation. The pain degree of the patients before and after treatment was evaluated by ADL, and the range of joint movement was compared and observed.Result1.The literature data of treating shoulder periarthritis with massage manipulation in recent years were analyzed.Compared with before treatment, the ADL index of VAS score was improved in different degree in the two groups after treatment, and the difference was significant (P 0.05). The clinical effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group.Conclusion1.Compared with other therapies, simple massage therapy has the advantages of comfort, green, high patient compliance, high manipulation safety, basically no side effects, low cost, and so on. Patients will not have the fear of treatment such as surgery, acupuncture, needle knife, etc.It can not produce skin allergic reaction caused by plaster or traditional Chinese medicine, and avoid the side effects of oral medicine. It can be used as the first choice of treatment for mild to moderate periarthritis of shoulder.The whole treatment of shoulder periarthritis under anesthesia is effective, safe and practical. It is superior to the traditional massage therapy in alleviating pain and improving the range of motion of shoulder joint.
