【摘要】：目的探討頸臂叢聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉在鎖骨骨折患者手術中的麻醉效果。方法選取鎖骨骨折患者52例,隨機分為試驗組和對照組,每組26例。對照組給予頸叢改良法阻滯麻醉,試驗組給予頸臂叢聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉,對比分析兩組患者的麻醉效果。結果試驗組麻醉優(yōu)良率100%,不良反應發(fā)生率為3.85%,明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論鎖骨骨折患者手術中實施頸臂叢聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉的效果顯著,患者不良反應情況較少,值得臨床廣泛推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the anesthetic effect of combined cervical brachial plexus block anesthesia in patients with clavicle fracture.Methods 52 patients with clavicle fracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 26 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized by improved cervical plexus block and the experimental group by combined cervical and brachial plexus block.Results the excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the test group was 100, and the incidence of adverse reaction was 3.85, which was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion the effect of combined cervical and brachial plexus block anesthesia in patients with clavicular fracture is remarkable, and the adverse reactions of the patients are less, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
