【摘要】：目的 分析小劑量舒芬太尼運(yùn)用在剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)麻醉中預(yù)防寒戰(zhàn)和牽拉痛的臨床效果。方法 選擇接受剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)的20例產(chǎn)婦為研究對象,按照麻醉用藥的不同分為觀察組和對照組,各10例。觀察組產(chǎn)婦的麻醉用藥為舒芬太尼(5μg,0.1m L),10%葡萄糖(0.5 m L),0.75%布比卡因(1 m L);對照組產(chǎn)婦的麻醉用藥為10%葡萄糖(0.5 m L),0.75%布比卡因(1 m L)。對2組產(chǎn)婦注射麻醉藥后1 min、3 min、5 min的體征情況以及術(shù)后的平均動脈壓、心率等分析指標(biāo)進(jìn)行記錄,對麻醉過程中寒戰(zhàn)及牽拉痛的情況進(jìn)行記錄。結(jié)果 觀察組產(chǎn)婦寒戰(zhàn)及牽拉痛的發(fā)生情況顯著少于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論 小劑量舒芬太尼的應(yīng)用,能有效預(yù)防剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)寒戰(zhàn)及牽拉痛的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of low-dose sufentanil in preventing shivering and pulling pain during cesarean section. Methods Twenty pregnant women undergoing cesarean section were divided into observation group and control group according to the different anesthetic drugs. There were 10 cases each. The anesthetic drug of the observation group was sufentanil 5 渭 g / L of 10% glucose and 0.5% bupivacaine 0.75% bupivacaine 1 mL / L, while that of the control group was 0.75% bupivacaine or 0.75% bupivacaine 1 mL / L. After the injection of the anesthetic drug into the parturient of the two groups, the anesthetic drug was 0.75% bupivacaine or 0.75% bupivacaine or 0.75% bupivacaine. The physical signs and mean arterial pressure were observed at 1 min and 3 min and 5 min, respectively. Results the incidence of shivering and pulling pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion low dose sufentanil was used in the treatment group. It can effectively prevent shivering and pulling pain in cesarean section.
