【摘要】：正肩周炎又稱粘連性肩關(guān)節(jié)囊炎,是中老年人的一種常見(jiàn)病、多發(fā)病。國(guó)外文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道發(fā)病率約占肩部疾患的42%[1],國(guó)內(nèi)文獻(xiàn)發(fā)病率約為8%[2]。臨床上各種治療方法較多,但效果不一,臂叢麻醉下一次性手法松解術(shù)常見(jiàn)報(bào)道,但一次臂叢麻醉下,在麻醉藥還有效的時(shí)間內(nèi)多次手法松解治療未見(jiàn)報(bào)道,筆者運(yùn)用在臂叢麻醉下,在麻醉藥還有效的時(shí)間內(nèi)一次手法松解治療肩周炎與多次手法松解治療的療效進(jìn)行比較。1資料與方法
[Abstract]:Periarthritis of shoulder, also called adhesive bursitis of shoulder, is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly people. The incidence of shoulder diseases is about 42% in foreign literature, and 8% in domestic literature. There are many kinds of treatment methods in clinic, but the effect is not the same. One time manual release under brachial plexus anesthesia is a common report, but under one brachial plexus anesthesia, there is no report of multiple manual release treatment in the effective time of anaesthesia, the author used it under brachial plexus anesthesia. Comparison of the curative effect between the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder and the treatment of multiple manipulations during the effective time of anaesthetic treatment. 1 data and methods
