【摘要】：目的:觀察全憑靜脈麻醉下預(yù)注右美托咪定對羅庫溴銨起效時間和作用時間的影響。 方法:選取自2012年12月至2013年5月在中國人民解放軍海軍總醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科收治的60例全憑靜脈麻醉下行鼻內(nèi)窺鏡手術(shù)的患者為研究對象，隨機(jī)分為右美托咪定組30例和對照組30例。右美托咪定組于麻醉誘導(dǎo)前15min靜脈泵入1.0μg/kg的右美托咪定（10min內(nèi)泵注完畢），對照組于麻醉誘導(dǎo)前靜脈泵入0.9%氯化鈉注射液。分別記錄兩組患者麻醉誘導(dǎo)給藥前、給藥后、氣管插管前、插管后1min、3min、5min的平均動脈壓（MAP），心率（HR），脈搏-氧飽和度（SpO2）值，，記錄羅庫溴銨的起效時間和25%的恢復(fù)時間、50%的恢復(fù)時間、75%的恢復(fù)時間、90%的恢復(fù)時間。 結(jié)果:右美托咪定組與對照組相比較羅庫溴銨的起效時間縮短（P0.05），兩組比較25%的恢復(fù)時間、50%的恢復(fù)時間、75%的恢復(fù)時間、90%的恢復(fù)時間的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。 結(jié)論:麻醉誘導(dǎo)前預(yù)注右美托咪定可以縮短羅庫溴銨的起效時間，但對羅庫溴銨的作用時間沒有影響。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of dexmetomidine on the onset time and action time of rocuronium bromide under total intravenous anesthesia. Methods: from December 2012 to May 2013, 60 patients with nasal endoscopy were treated in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Naval General Hospital of the Chinese people's Liberation Army (PLA) from December 2012 to May 2013. The dexmetomidine group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30) were randomly divided into two groups: dexmetomidine group (n = 30) received intravenous injection of 1.0 渭 g / kg dexmetomidine within 10 minutes before anesthesia induction, and control group (n = 30) received 0.9% sodium chloride injection before anesthesia induction. Before anesthesia induction, two groups of patients were recorded. The mean arterial pressure (MAPP), heart rate (HRV) and pulse oxygen saturation (SPO _ 2) were measured before and 1 min after endotracheal intubation. The onset time of rocuronium and the recovery time of 25% were recorded. The recovery time of rocuronium and 25% was 75% and 90% respectively. Results: the onset time of rocuronium bromide in dexmetomidine group was shorter than that in control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in 25% recovery time (50%) and 90% (90%) recovery time (P 0.05). Conclusion: preinjection of dexmetomidine before anesthesia induction can shorten the onset time of rocuronium bromide, but has no effect on rocuronium action time.
