【摘要】：目的:觀察低濃度羅哌卡因聯(lián)合舒芬太尼用于上肢手術(shù)的麻醉效果和安全性。方法:100例行上肢手術(shù)患者隨機均分為對照組和試驗組。對照組患者靜脈注射0.5%羅哌卡因20 ml;試驗組患者給予0.375%羅哌卡因20 ml+舒芬太尼10μg混合,靜脈注射。觀察兩組患者的麻醉效果,疼痛消失時間、鎮(zhèn)痛持續(xù)時間,麻醉前(T_0)及麻醉阻滯后5 min(T_1)、15 min(T_2)、30 min(T_3)和術(shù)后4 h(T_4)、8 h(T_5)時的疼痛視覺模擬(VAS)評分及不良反應發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:試驗組患者T_1~T_5時、對照組患者T2~T4時VAS評分均顯著低于同組T_0時,且T_1、T_2、T_5時試驗組低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。試驗組患者麻醉總有效率顯著高于對照組,疼痛消失時間顯著短于對照組,鎮(zhèn)痛持續(xù)時間顯著長于對照組,不良反應發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:低濃度羅哌卡因聯(lián)合舒芬太尼用于上肢手術(shù)的麻醉效果和安全性均較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the anesthetic effect and safety of low concentration ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for upper limb operation. 0.375% ropivacaine 20 ml sufentanil 10 渭 g was given to the patients in the trial group. Intravenous injection. The anaesthesia effect, the time of pain disappearance, the duration of analgesia were observed in both groups. Results: the scores of visual analogue VASs and adverse reactions of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group at T1T5 and T2T4 in the control group at T1T5, and the scores of visual analogue VASs and adverse reactions in the patients in the control group at T1T5 were significantly lower than those in the control group at the time of T2T4, and at 4 hours after the operation, the scores of visual analogue VASs and adverse reactions were significantly lower than those of the patients in the control group at the time of T2T4, and at 4 hours after the operation, the scores of visual analogue VASs and adverse reactions occurred. The total effective rate of anesthesia in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the time of pain disappearance was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the duration of analgesia was significantly longer than that in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: low concentration ropivacaine combined with sufentanil has good anesthetic effect and safety for upper limb surgery.
