【摘要】：目的:探討會陰雙側阻滯麻醉對分娩結局的影響。方法:選取2014年5月~2016年5月在醫(yī)院住院分娩的90例初產婦作為此次研究對象,隨機分為觀察組與對照組,每組45例,對照組進行常規(guī)自然分娩,觀察組進行會陰雙側阻滯麻醉后分娩,分析比較兩組產婦疼痛程度、產程和各項指標及分娩結局。結果:觀察組疼痛程度明顯低于對照組,兩組之間差異顯著,具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);兩組產程和出血量差異不明顯,無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組VAS評分和心率情況明顯好于對照組,兩組之間差異顯著,具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組會陰裂傷率和產褥感染率均明顯低于對照組,組間差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組新生兒窒息發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組,兩組之間差異顯著,具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組的側切率(6.67%)明顯低于對照組(17.78%),組間差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:初產婦進行會陰雙側阻滯麻醉后,疼痛明顯減輕,提高了分娩成功率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of bilateral perineal block anesthesia on the outcome of labor. Methods: 90 primiparas who were hospitalized in hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The normal natural delivery was performed in the control group, and the pain degree, labor process, labor indexes and delivery outcome in the observation group were compared with those in the control group after bilateral perineal block anesthesia. Results: the pain degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), there was no significant difference in birth process and blood loss between the two groups (P 0.05). The VAS score and heart rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant. The rate of perineum laceration and puerperal infection rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant. The side cut rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the pain of parturient after bilateral perineum block was obviously alleviated and the success rate of delivery was improved.
