【摘要】：目的探討麻醉鎮(zhèn)痛泵應(yīng)用于婦產(chǎn)科術(shù)后的臨床效果,為臨床應(yīng)用提供參考意見。方法整群選取該院2014年1月—2016年1月所收治136例婦產(chǎn)科手術(shù)患者,隨機(jī)分為研究組和對(duì)照組。研究組68例,術(shù)后采用麻醉鎮(zhèn)痛泵進(jìn)行鎮(zhèn)痛處理;對(duì)照組68例,術(shù)后通過(guò)采用鎮(zhèn)痛藥物進(jìn)行鎮(zhèn)痛處理。比較兩組患者臨床情況及鎮(zhèn)痛效果,并記錄兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果研究組臨床表現(xiàn)顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);研究組術(shù)后VAS評(píng)分為(2.5±1.1)分,顯著低于對(duì)照組的(4.1±1.3)分,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。研究組68例患者中,發(fā)生4例惡心、嘔吐,未發(fā)現(xiàn)皮膚瘙癢,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為5.88%;對(duì)照組68例患者中,11例發(fā)生惡心、嘔吐,5例發(fā)生皮膚瘙癢,發(fā)生率為23.53%;差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=7.945,P0.01)。結(jié)論麻醉鎮(zhèn)痛泵應(yīng)用于婦產(chǎn)科術(shù)后鎮(zhèn)痛中,可有效減輕患者疼痛程度,提高生理穩(wěn)定性和預(yù)后質(zhì)量,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of anaesthesia analgesia pump in gynecology and obstetrics operation, and to provide reference for clinical application. Methods A cluster of 136 patients with gynecology and obstetrics surgery were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups: the study group (n = 68) and the control group (n = 68). The patients in the study group were treated with anaesthesia pump after operation, and the patients in the control group were treated with analgesic drugs after operation. The clinical situation and analgesic effect of the two groups were compared. Results the clinical manifestation of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01), the VAS score of the study group was 2.5 鹵1.1), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (4.1 鹵1.3). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). In the study group, there were 4 cases of nausea, vomiting, no skin itching, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.88, while in the control group, there were 11 cases of nausea, 5 cases of vomiting and 5 cases of skin pruritus. The incidence rate was 23.53, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 7.945) P 0.01.Conclusion the application of anesthesia analgesia pump in postoperative analgesia of gynecology and obstetrics can effectively reduce the pain degree, improve the physiological stability and the quality of prognosis, and is worth popularizing in clinic.
