【摘要】：目的改進(jìn)速眠新單純與復(fù)合麻醉方法的不足,觀察引入地西泮對(duì)速眠新復(fù)合鹽酸氯胺酮麻醉效果的影響。方法成年實(shí)驗(yàn)家兔80只,雌雄各半,隨機(jī)分為A、B、C三組,A組肌肉注射速眠新(0.3 m L/kg),B組肌肉注射速眠新復(fù)合鹽酸氯胺酮混合液(0.3 m L/kg),C組肌肉注射速眠新復(fù)合鹽酸氯胺酮混合液(0.3 m L/kg),并靜注地西泮注射液(1.5 m L/kg),對(duì)比三組的麻醉效果、麻醉顯效時(shí)間、初次麻醉維持時(shí)間、總麻醉藥用量及總手術(shù)時(shí)間。結(jié)果 C組麻醉顯效時(shí)間明顯短于A、B組(P0.01);初次麻醉維持時(shí)間C組長(zhǎng)于A、B組(P0.01);總麻醉藥用量C組明顯少于A、B組(P0.01);C組總的手術(shù)時(shí)間少于A、B兩組(P0.01);C組的麻醉效果優(yōu)于A、B組(P0.01)。結(jié)論采用速眠新、鹽酸氯胺酮聯(lián)合地西泮復(fù)合麻醉明顯提高了麻醉效果,是適于家兔敏感手術(shù)部位及手術(shù)時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)的理想麻醉方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the deficiency of simplex and compound anesthesia methods and to observe the effect of diazepam on the anesthetic effect of Sumianxin combined with ketamine hydrochloride. Methods 80 adult rabbits, half male and half female, were randomly divided into two groups (A). Group B was injected intramuscularly with the mixture of new and ketamine hydrochloride (0.3 mL 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1)). Group C was given intramuscular injection of Sumianxin combined with ketamine hydrochloride (0.3 mL / kg) and intravenous injection of diazepam (1.5 mL / kg). The anesthetic effects of the three groups were compared. Results the effective time of anesthesia in group C was significantly shorter than that in group A (P 0.01). The maintenance time of primary anesthesia in group C was longer than that in group A (P 0.01). The dosage of total anesthetic in group C was significantly lower than that in group A (P 0.01). The total operative time in group C was less than that in group A and B (P 0.01). The anesthetic effect of group C was better than that of group A B (P 0.01). Conclusion the compound anesthesia of ketamine hydrochloride combined with diazepam can obviously improve the anesthetic effect. It is an ideal anesthetic method suitable for sensitive operation site and long operation time in rabbits.
