【摘要】：目的了解銅川市乙腦發(fā)病特征及人群抗體水平,為有效防控乙腦提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用描述流行病學(xué)方法,對(duì)銅川市乙腦病例進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并在銅川市宜君縣隨機(jī)抽取健康人群采集靜脈血檢測(cè)乙腦中和抗體。結(jié)果銅川市1960-2012年共報(bào)告乙腦病例649例,死亡59例,年均發(fā)病率為2.07/10萬,死亡率為0.19/10萬,病死率為9.09%。發(fā)病呈明顯的季節(jié)特點(diǎn),近年來職業(yè)分布上以農(nóng)民、民工為多,15歲以上人群病例占總病例數(shù)的93.10%,年齡別發(fā)病率以60歲以上人群最高;共采集健康人群血樣216對(duì),乙腦流行季節(jié)前,健康人群中和抗體陽性率24.07%,抗體幾何平均滴度(GMT)1∶3.04;流行季節(jié)后,健康人群乙腦中和抗體陽性率為26.39%,抗體幾何平均滴度(GMT)1∶3.29,流行季節(jié)前后中和抗體陽性率和抗體幾何平均滴度差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論乙腦疫苗接種是銅川市預(yù)防乙腦最有效的途徑,銅川市健康人群乙腦抗體水平主要受疫苗接種影響。在做好適齡兒童免疫接種的同時(shí),對(duì)成人也應(yīng)開展乙腦疫苗強(qiáng)化免疫,建立整個(gè)人群的免疫屏障。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of Japanese B and the level of antibody in Tongchuan city, and to provide scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of Japanese B. Methods the cases of Japanese B in Tongchuan City were statistically analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method, and venous blood samples were collected from healthy people in Yijun County of Tongchuan City to detect the neutralizing antibody of Japanese B. Results A total of 649 cases of Japanese B were reported in Tongchuan City in 2012. 59 cases died. The average annual incidence was 2.07 / 100000, the mortality rate was 0.19 / 100000, and the fatality rate was 9.09%. In recent years, farmers and migrant workers accounted for 93.10% of the total cases, and the age-specific incidence was the highest in the population over 60 years old.
