一種酚類復方手消毒凝膠消毒性能研究

【摘要】:目的研究一種以對氯間二甲苯酚為主要殺菌成分的復方手消毒凝膠的消毒性能,為實際應用提供科學依據(jù)。方法采用理化分析、載體定量殺菌試驗和動物試驗方法,對該復方手消毒凝膠的消毒相關(guān)的性能進行了試驗觀察。結(jié)果該復方手消毒凝膠含對氯間二甲苯酚和乙醇分別為質(zhì)量分數(shù)0.274%和58.3%,置37℃溫箱內(nèi)儲存90 d,其兩種有效成分含量下降率均5.0%。用該復方手消毒凝膠原液作用0.5 min,對載體上金黃色葡萄球菌、大腸桿菌、銅綠假單胞菌及白色念珠菌的殺滅對數(shù)值各次均大于3.00。用該復方手消毒凝膠擦拭消毒手1.0 min,對手上自然菌的殺滅對數(shù)值各次均值大于1.00。該復方手消毒凝膠的小鼠急性經(jīng)口毒性LD50值5 000mg/kg(體重),對皮膚無刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染紅細胞微核試驗為陰性,亞急性經(jīng)口毒性試驗對雌雄SD大鼠最大未觀察到有害作用的劑量為1 000 mg/kg。結(jié)論該復方手消毒凝膠對細菌繁殖體和真菌具有快速殺滅效果,屬實際無毒級物質(zhì),對皮膚無刺激性,無致突變作用,性能穩(wěn)定。
