【摘要】：研究平均聚合度對(duì)聚碘樹(shù)脂緩釋濃度、穩(wěn)定性和殺菌能力的影響,這對(duì)于聚碘樹(shù)脂在飲用水消毒中的應(yīng)用具有重要的指導(dǎo)作用。本研究以平均聚合度不同的聚碘樹(shù)脂為研究體系;通過(guò)UV/Vis法測(cè)定了其不同時(shí)間的緩釋濃度;通過(guò)加速試驗(yàn)法,測(cè)定其貯存穩(wěn)定性;采用熱重法測(cè)定其熱穩(wěn)定性;提出了改進(jìn)的燒瓶振蕩法與懸液定量法相結(jié)合來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)微溶出性聚碘樹(shù)脂消毒劑的殺菌效果,討論了其殺菌機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:隨著平均聚合度的增大,緩釋濃度和殺菌率均增大,而貯存穩(wěn)定性和熱穩(wěn)定性降低。此外,聚碘樹(shù)脂在溶液中的殺菌機(jī)理是通過(guò)緩釋液中的碘單質(zhì)和聚碘樹(shù)脂與細(xì)菌的接觸兩種方式來(lái)殺菌的;其中,三碘樹(shù)脂主要是通過(guò)接觸的方式殺菌,而其它聚碘樹(shù)脂是通過(guò)2種方式的共同作用來(lái)殺菌。
[Abstract]:The effect of the average degree of polymerization on the sustained-release concentration, stability and sterilization ability of the polyiodine resin was studied, which was of great significance to the application of the polyiodine resin in the disinfection of drinking water. In this study, a polyiodine resin with different average degree of polymerization was used as the research system, and the sustained-release concentration of different time was determined by UV/ Vis method. The storage stability was determined by the accelerated test method, and the thermal stability was determined by the method of thermogravimetry. A modified flask shaking method and a suspension quantitative method were put forward to evaluate the germicidal efficacy of microdissolution polyiodine resin disinfectant, and its sterilization mechanism was discussed. The results showed that with the increase of the average degree of polymerization, the sustained-release concentration and the sterilization rate increased, while the storage stability and the thermal stability decreased. In addition, the sterilization mechanism of the polyiodine resin in the solution is that the iodine simple substance in the sustained-release liquid and the contact of the polyiodine resin and the bacteria are carried out in two ways, wherein the triiodoresin is mainly sterilized by contact, and the other polyiodine resin is sterilized by the mutual action of two ways.
