【摘要】：目的分析2004-2016年鎮(zhèn)江市流行性腮腺炎的發(fā)病情況及變化趨勢(shì),為開(kāi)展防控工作提供理論依據(jù)。方法從中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制信息系統(tǒng)中收集2004-2016年鎮(zhèn)江市流行性腮腺炎病例監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2004-2016年鎮(zhèn)江市累計(jì)報(bào)告流行性腮腺炎病例9 195例,無(wú)死亡病例,年均發(fā)病率23.42/10萬(wàn),年報(bào)告發(fā)病率介于10.94/10萬(wàn)~49.87/10萬(wàn)之間,發(fā)病率分別于2005年、2009年、2012年呈現(xiàn)3個(gè)發(fā)病高峰,發(fā)病率依次為30.68/10萬(wàn)(891/2 904 260)、39.93/10萬(wàn)(1 188/2 975 203)、49.87/10萬(wàn)(1 563/3 134 298);全年發(fā)病時(shí)間呈現(xiàn)雙峰規(guī)律,高峰分別為5-6月、11月-次年1月;男性發(fā)病數(shù)為5 554例(60.40%)、年均發(fā)病率為27.79/10萬(wàn),女性發(fā)病數(shù)為3 641例(39.60%)、年均發(fā)病率為18.89/10萬(wàn);0~4歲、5~9歲、10~14歲、15~19歲、20~24歲、≥25歲年齡組流行性腮腺炎累計(jì)發(fā)病數(shù)分別為1 103例(12.00%)、3 896例(42.37%)、2 603例(28.30%)、909例(9.89%)、197例(2.14%)、487例(5.30%);學(xué)生報(bào)告病例最多,為5 965例(64.87%);結(jié)論流行性腮腺炎發(fā)病率較高,學(xué)齡兒童是主要發(fā)病人群。應(yīng)提高醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)病例報(bào)告質(zhì)量并加強(qiáng)疾病監(jiān)測(cè)工作,以預(yù)防和控制流行性腮腺炎的流行。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the incidence and changing trend of mumps in Zhenjiang City from 2004 to 2016, and to provide theoretical basis for prevention and control. Methods the surveillance data of mumps cases in Zhenjiang City from 2004 to 2016 were collected from China Disease Prevention and Control Information system. Results from 2004 to 2016, 9195 cases of mumps were reported in Zhenjiang City, with no death. The average annual incidence rate was 23.42 / 100000.
