【摘要】：目的通過對(duì)西北四省區(qū)發(fā)熱伴出疹癥候群的監(jiān)測(cè),了解5歲以下兒童發(fā)熱伴出疹癥候群的病原構(gòu)成及流行特征,為疾病監(jiān)測(cè)及預(yù)防控制提供參考。方法采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法分析5歲以下兒童發(fā)熱伴出疹癥候群的病原及流行病學(xué)特征,數(shù)據(jù)為國家傳染病監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)平臺(tái)信息管理系統(tǒng)2009-2015年甘肅、青海、內(nèi)蒙古和新疆四省區(qū)發(fā)熱伴出疹癥候群哨點(diǎn)醫(yī)院的監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果西北四省區(qū)5歲以下兒童發(fā)熱伴出疹癥候群病原構(gòu)成以病毒為主,依次是腸道病毒、麻疹病毒、水痘病毒和風(fēng)疹病毒等;各年齡段病原構(gòu)成顯示0~歲組病原構(gòu)成主要是麻疹病毒,1~5歲組主要是腸道病毒;腸道病毒分型結(jié)果顯示,腸道病毒71型(human enterovirus 71,EV71)占腸道病毒陽性病例數(shù)的47.18%,柯薩奇A16型(coxsackie A16,CA16)占45.59%;季節(jié)特征顯示,腸道病毒陽性病例分布主要集中在每年的5~7月,麻疹病毒陽性病例分布主要集中在每年的3~5月。結(jié)論西北地區(qū)5歲以下兒童發(fā)熱伴出疹癥候群病原構(gòu)成以病毒為主且具有明顯的季節(jié)特征,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)麻疹、手足口等疾病的監(jiān)測(cè)和預(yù)防控制工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathogen composition and epidemic characteristics of fever with rash syndrome in children under 5 years old by monitoring fever with rash syndrome in four provinces of Northwest China, so as to provide reference for disease surveillance, prevention and control. Methods descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the pathogen and epidemiological characteristics of fever with rash in children under 5 years old. The data were as follows: the information management system of the National Infectious Disease Surveillance Technology platform 2009-2015 in Gansu and Qinghai. Monitoring data of fever with rash syndrome sentinel hospitals in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang provinces. Results the main pathogens of fever with rash in children under 5 years old in the four provinces of Northwest China were enterovirus, measles virus, varicella virus and rubella virus, among which enterovirus, measles virus, varicella virus and rubella virus were the main pathogens. The pathogen composition of each age group showed that the pathogen composition of 0 ~ year old group was mainly measles virus, and that of 1 ~ 5 years old group was mainly enterovirus. The results of enterovirus typing showed that enterovirus 71 (human enterovirus 71 accounted for 47.18% of enterovirus positive cases, coxsackie A16 (coxsackie A16, CA16) accounted for 45.59%. The seasonal characteristics showed that the distribution of enterovirus positive cases was mainly from May to July of each year, and the distribution of measles virus positive cases was mainly from March to May of each year. Conclusion the main pathogen of fever with rash syndrome in children under 5 years old in Northwest China is virus and has obvious seasonal characteristics. The surveillance, prevention and control of measles, hand, foot and mouth diseases should be strengthened.
