【摘要】：目的研究一種新型的醫(yī)院保潔管理模式,提高醫(yī)院環(huán)境衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量。方法通過建立專門管理組織和保潔員的培訓(xùn),達(dá)到提高醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生保潔質(zhì)量和保潔員整體素質(zhì)的目的。結(jié)果通過實(shí)施新型醫(yī)院保潔管理模式,提高了醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量合格率和保潔員醫(yī)院感染相關(guān)知識(shí)知曉率。建立了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理和操作流程,住院患者滿意度提高,有利于院內(nèi)感染管理。結(jié)論新型醫(yī)院保潔管理模式開展,明顯提高了醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生保潔工作質(zhì)量,有利于加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院感染管理工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to study a new management mode of hospital cleaning and improve the quality of hospital environmental hygiene. Methods through the establishment of special management organization and the training of cleaners, the purpose of improving the quality of hospital hygiene and cleaning and the overall quality of cleaners was achieved. Results through the implementation of the new hospital cleaning management model, the qualified rate of hospital hygiene quality and the awareness rate of hospital infection related knowledge were improved. The standardized management and operation process were established, and the satisfaction of inpatients was improved, which was beneficial to the management of hospital infection. Conclusion the development of the new hospital cleaning management mode can obviously improve the quality of hospital health and cleaning work and is beneficial to strengthen the management of hospital infection.
