【摘要】：目的觀察一種創(chuàng)傷用納米銀抗菌凝膠對(duì)皮膚創(chuàng)傷感染預(yù)防作用及皮膚刺激性。方法通過(guò)動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)該納米銀抗菌凝膠預(yù)防皮膚創(chuàng)傷的效果及其對(duì)皮膚刺激性進(jìn)行觀察。結(jié)果在試驗(yàn)家兔背部人造傷口上,分別涂抹納米銀抗菌凝膠、京萬(wàn)紅軟膏和凡士林軟膏,在1周內(nèi)創(chuàng)傷愈合率依次為29.5%、25.5%和15.2%,15 d內(nèi)創(chuàng)傷愈合率依次為95.2%、93.4%和78.0%。該納米銀抗菌凝膠對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物完整皮膚和破損皮膚刺激試驗(yàn)指數(shù)評(píng)分均為0。結(jié)論該創(chuàng)傷用納米銀抗菌凝膠對(duì)新鮮創(chuàng)傷傷口具有預(yù)防感染的效果,對(duì)完整皮膚和破損皮膚均無(wú)刺激性。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the preventive effect and irritation of a nano-silver antibacterial gel on skin trauma infection. Methods the preventive effect of the nano-silver antibacterial gel on skin trauma and its irritation to skin were observed by animal experiment. Results the wound healing rates were 29.5%, 25.5% and 15.2%, respectively, when nano-silver antibacterial gel, Jingwanhong ointment and vasilin ointment were applied to the artificial wounds of the back of the experimental rabbits, and the wound healing rates were 29.5%, 25.5% and 15.2%, respectively. Within 15 days, the wound healing rate was 95.2%, 93.4% and 78.0%, respectively. The index score of the nano-silver antibacterial gel to the intact skin and damaged skin of the experimental animals was 0. 5%. Conclusion Nano-silver antibacterial gel has the effect of preventing infection in fresh wound, and has no irritation to intact skin and damaged skin.
