【摘要】：目的分析民族中學(xué)肺結(jié)核流行病學(xué)特征,為有效發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)校肺結(jié)核提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用暴發(fā)調(diào)查方法,對(duì)在校師生進(jìn)行結(jié)核流行病學(xué)調(diào)查、結(jié)核菌素試驗(yàn)、X-Ray胸片或CT檢查。結(jié)果綿陽(yáng)民族中學(xué)352名學(xué)生中發(fā)現(xiàn)肺結(jié)核10人,發(fā)現(xiàn)率為2.84%;卡痕陽(yáng)性率為23.86%(84/352),是否接種過卡介苗與肺結(jié)核發(fā)現(xiàn)無(wú)關(guān);44.03%(155/352)的學(xué)生PPD試驗(yàn)呈現(xiàn)特異性反應(yīng),陽(yáng)性反應(yīng)率為29.55%(104/352),強(qiáng)陽(yáng)性反應(yīng)率為14.49%(51/352);從PPD陽(yáng)性反應(yīng)者中隨機(jī)抽61人查胸片,檢出肺結(jié)核3人,強(qiáng)陽(yáng)性反應(yīng)者中51人查胸片,檢出肺結(jié)核7人。結(jié)論加強(qiáng)對(duì)藏區(qū)來(lái)綿學(xué)生肺結(jié)核篩查有助于及早發(fā)現(xiàn)和控制肺結(jié)核疫情。PPD試驗(yàn)與胸片/CT檢查相結(jié)合可作為學(xué)校肺結(jié)核篩檢的主要方法,并應(yīng)將PPD試驗(yàn)注射部位硬節(jié)直徑超過0.5 cm的所有學(xué)生全部納入進(jìn)一步篩查范圍。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in ethnic middle schools and to provide scientific basis for effective detection of pulmonary tuberculosis in schools.
