【摘要】：目的分析民族中學肺結核流行病學特征,為有效發(fā)現(xiàn)學校肺結核提供科學依據。方法采用暴發(fā)調查方法,對在校師生進行結核流行病學調查、結核菌素試驗、X-Ray胸片或CT檢查。結果綿陽民族中學352名學生中發(fā)現(xiàn)肺結核10人,發(fā)現(xiàn)率為2.84%;卡痕陽性率為23.86%(84/352),是否接種過卡介苗與肺結核發(fā)現(xiàn)無關;44.03%(155/352)的學生PPD試驗呈現(xiàn)特異性反應,陽性反應率為29.55%(104/352),強陽性反應率為14.49%(51/352);從PPD陽性反應者中隨機抽61人查胸片,檢出肺結核3人,強陽性反應者中51人查胸片,檢出肺結核7人。結論加強對藏區(qū)來綿學生肺結核篩查有助于及早發(fā)現(xiàn)和控制肺結核疫情。PPD試驗與胸片/CT檢查相結合可作為學校肺結核篩檢的主要方法,并應將PPD試驗注射部位硬節(jié)直徑超過0.5 cm的所有學生全部納入進一步篩查范圍。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in ethnic middle schools and to provide scientific basis for effective detection of pulmonary tuberculosis in schools.
