【摘要】：目的觀察增效型過氧化氫消毒紙巾對超聲潔牙機(jī)手柄消毒效果。方法分別采用增效型過氧化氫消毒紙巾與含氯消毒劑對超聲潔牙機(jī)手柄消毒,使用TPC半定量細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)載片和ATP熒光檢測儀對消毒前后的細(xì)菌數(shù)與相對光單位值(RLU)進(jìn)行測定。結(jié)果超聲潔牙機(jī)手柄消毒前后菌落數(shù)有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01),擦拭消毒后,兩種消毒方法消毒效果無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.90);增效型過氧化氫消毒紙巾消毒前后ATP值有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論兩種消毒劑消毒效果無差異,但與含氯消毒劑相比,增效型過氧化氫消毒紙巾與潔牙機(jī)手柄材料兼容性好,無腐蝕、安全性較高,清潔與消毒效果理想,適合臨床上使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the disinfection effect of enhanced hydrogen peroxide disinfection paper towel on the handle of ultrasonic dental cleaner. Methods the handle of ultrasonic dental cleaner was sterilized by enhanced hydrogen peroxide disinfection tissue and chlorine disinfectant, and the bacterial number and relative light unit value (RLU) before and after disinfection were measured by TPC semi-quantitative bacterial culture tablet and ATP fluorescence detector.
