【摘要】：目的揭示我國中老年人室間隔厚度參考值與地理因素的關系。方法收集71個市縣3 996例健康中老年人室間隔厚度參考值,應用SPSS19.0軟件對其與17項地理指標進行相關分析,選取相關性顯著的7項地理指標進行嶺回歸分析,使用克里格插值法探索我國中老年人室間隔參考值的空間趨勢分布。結果我國中老年人室間隔厚度參考值與其中7項地理因素具有顯著的相關性。線性回歸方程為:嬗=10.91-0.016 51X1+0.000 380 0X3-0.001 090X9+0.012 66X10-0.041 00X14-0.004 100X15+0.018 30X16±1.55,并從空間趨勢分布圖得出我國中老年人室間隔厚度參考值的分布規(guī)律大致上從東往西逐漸升高。結論若知道中國某地區(qū)的地理要素,可通過上述模型估算該地區(qū)中老年人室間隔厚度參考值。
[Abstract]:Objective to reveal the relationship between reference value of interventricular septum thickness and geographical factors in middle-aged and elderly people in China. Methods the reference values of interventricular septum thickness were collected from 3 996 healthy middle-aged and aged people in 71 cities and counties. The correlation analysis was carried out with SPSS19.0 software with 17 geographical indexes. Seven geographical indexes with significant correlation were selected for ridge regression analysis. The spatial trend distribution of reference values of interventricular septum in middle-aged and elderly people in China was investigated by Kriging interpolation method. Results there was a significant correlation between the reference value of interventricular septum thickness and 7 geographical factors in middle-aged and old people in China. The linear regression equation is: range = 10.91 脳 0.016 51X1 0.000 380 0X3-0.001 090X9 0.012 66X10-0.041 00X14-0.004 100X15 0.018 30X16 鹵1.55, According to the spatial trend distribution map, the distribution rule of the reference value of interventricular septum thickness in middle-aged and old people in China is gradually increasing from east to west. Conclusion if we know the geographical factors of a certain area in China, we can estimate the reference value of the interventricular septum thickness of the middle-aged and old people in this area by the above model.
