冰箱內(nèi)臭氧抗菌防霉檢測(cè)方法的研究

【摘要】:目的研究冰箱抗菌防霉檢測(cè)方法及臭氧對(duì)冰箱內(nèi)的殺菌效果。方法通過(guò)載體定量殺菌試驗(yàn)方法,研究冰箱內(nèi)細(xì)菌生長(zhǎng)影響因素及臭氧對(duì)冰箱防霉效果。結(jié)果不加濕的4℃冰箱內(nèi),污染在玻片上的大腸桿菌、綠膿桿菌、白色念珠菌24 h后自然消亡率達(dá)到99.9%;污染在瓊脂片上的細(xì)菌自然消亡率都在50%以下。冰箱內(nèi)充入0.10 mg/m3臭氧對(duì)冰箱內(nèi)載體上污染的大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、綠膿桿菌、白色葡萄球菌平均殺滅率均達(dá)到90%以上,防霉效果達(dá)到0級(jí)。結(jié)論瓊脂片是冰箱殺菌效果檢測(cè)中一種較合適的染菌載體,低濃度臭氧對(duì)冰箱內(nèi)具有防霉效果。
