【摘要】：目的分析紹興市肺結(jié)核流行病學(xué)特征,為開展結(jié)核病防控工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法利用2008-2012年《中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制信息系統(tǒng)》和《結(jié)核病管理信息系統(tǒng)》的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)紹興市肺結(jié)核流行病學(xué)特征作統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 2008-2012年全市結(jié)核病防治機(jī)構(gòu)共報(bào)告肺結(jié)核15 050例,報(bào)告發(fā)病率68.58/10萬,其中涂陽5 715例,涂陽發(fā)病率26.04/10萬,男性發(fā)病率顯著高于女性,發(fā)病以20~64歲年齡段為主,占73.36%,地區(qū)分布以諸暨最多3 868例,職業(yè)分布以農(nóng)民最多(占62.78%),發(fā)現(xiàn)方式主要為因癥就診(占48.11%)和轉(zhuǎn)診(占45.48%),發(fā)病有明顯季節(jié)性,以3-6月為高峰。結(jié)論紹興市肺結(jié)核發(fā)病率總體穩(wěn)定,呈逐年下降趨勢(shì),應(yīng)重點(diǎn)開展男性人群以及農(nóng)民、民工的預(yù)防控制工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Shaoxing city, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of tuberculosis. Methods the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Shaoxing city were analyzed by using the data of China Disease Prevention and Control Information system and Tuberculosis Management Information system from 2008 to 2012. Results from 2008 to 2012, a total of 15 050 tuberculosis cases were reported in tuberculosis control institutions of the whole city. The reported incidence rate was 68.58 / 100000, of which 5,715 were smear positive and 26.04 / 100000 were smear positive. The incidence of smear positive in males was significantly higher than that in females. The incidence of the disease was mainly in the age group of 20 years old, accounting for 73.36%. In Zhuji, 3,868 cases were distributed in Zhuji, and the occupation distribution was the most in farmers (62.78%). The main ways of finding the disease were as follows: symptoms (48.11%) and referrals (45.48%). The onset of the disease has obvious seasonal, to 3-6 months as the peak. Conclusion the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Shaoxing is stable and decreasing year by year. We should focus on the prevention and control of male population, farmers and migrant workers.
