【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用精細(xì)化管理降低硬式內(nèi)鏡器械損壞率。方法比較2012年常規(guī)管理下硬式內(nèi)鏡器械與2013年運(yùn)用精細(xì)化管理后硬式內(nèi)鏡器械的損壞情況。結(jié)果常規(guī)管理硬式內(nèi)鏡器械共150 696件,損壞424件,器械損壞率為2.81‰。運(yùn)用精細(xì)化管理硬式內(nèi)鏡器械共175 437件,損壞101件,器械損壞率為0.58‰。結(jié)論運(yùn)用精細(xì)化管理能有效地降低器械的損壞率,保障器械質(zhì)量,節(jié)約成本。
