【摘要】： 建國初期,河北傳染病爆發(fā)頻繁,種類繁多,具有廣泛性、發(fā)病率高、死亡率大等特點,對社會造成了巨大的危害和影響。究其緣由,除建國前的大量的疫病殘留外,流行過程本身又受自然因素(氣候、地理和洪澇災(zāi)害等)和社會因素(經(jīng)濟的落后、封建迷信思想、居住條件惡劣、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生條件差等)的影響。面對傳染病的肆虐,政府采取了一系列有效的措施:開展積極有效的衛(wèi)生防疫宣傳;計劃免疫,提高群眾的抗疫能力;建立疫情報告制度和預(yù)警機制;建立健全衛(wèi)生防疫組織;培養(yǎng)醫(yī)務(wù)人員;實行交通檢疫和海港檢疫制度及愛國衛(wèi)生運動。在政府和廣大人民不懈努力之下,經(jīng)過近十年的努力,建國初期的疫病防控獲得了一定成效,為以后的防疫工作打下了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China, Hebei infectious diseases broke out frequently and varied, with the characteristics of widespread, high incidence and high mortality, which caused great harm and influence to the society. The reason is that, in addition to a large number of epidemic residues before the founding of the people's Republic of China, the epidemic process itself was subjected to natural factors (climate, geography, flood disasters, etc.) and social factors (economic backwardness, feudal superstition, and poor living conditions). The effects of poor medical and health conditions. In the face of infectious diseases, the government has taken a series of effective measures: to carry out active and effective health and epidemic prevention propaganda, to plan immunization, to improve the ability of the masses to resist the epidemic, to establish an epidemic reporting system and an early warning mechanism, to establish and improve health and epidemic prevention organizations; Training of medical personnel; implementation of the traffic quarantine and seaport quarantine system and patriotic health campaign. With the unremitting efforts of the government and the broad masses of the people, after nearly ten years of efforts, the prevention and control of epidemic diseases in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China achieved certain results, which laid a foundation for the work of epidemic prevention in the future.
