【摘要】：目的了解目前臨床上小細(xì)胞肺癌的診治情況。方法回顧性調(diào)查分析某地區(qū)6家醫(yī)院2010.01~2012.04間收治的165例小細(xì)胞肺癌患者診治情況,分別以腫瘤科、呼吸科、非腫瘤科;二級(jí)、三級(jí)醫(yī)院進(jìn)行分組,對(duì)分期、生存質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)、生存時(shí)間、接受治療情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果腫瘤科在治療前進(jìn)行腫瘤分期、生存質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià);治療后評(píng)價(jià)疾病進(jìn)展時(shí)間(time to progress,TTP)、總生存(overall survival,OS)方面均好于呼吸科及非腫瘤科。三級(jí)醫(yī)院在治療前進(jìn)行腫瘤分期、生存質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià);治療后評(píng)價(jià)TTP、OS方面好于二級(jí)醫(yī)院。各級(jí)醫(yī)院,各科室都存在一線治療不規(guī)范用藥情況,但差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均有P0.05)。各醫(yī)院普遍存在不重視生存評(píng)價(jià)的問題。結(jié)論小細(xì)胞肺癌的診治規(guī)范需要進(jìn)一步重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnosis and treatment of small cell lung cancer. Methods the diagnosis and treatment of 165 patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) in 6 hospitals from 2010.01 to 2012.04 were analyzed retrospectively, including oncology department, respiratory department and non-oncology department. Two-and three-level hospitals were grouped and analyzed statistically on stages, quality of life evaluation, survival time and treatment. Results tumor staging and quality of life (QOL) were evaluated in oncology department before treatment, and the time of disease progression (time to progress,TTP) was evaluated after treatment. The total survival (overall survival,OS) was better than that in respiratory department and non-oncology department. The grade III hospital was better than the second class hospital in the evaluation of tumor stage and quality of life before treatment and the evaluation of TTP,OS after treatment was better than that in the second class hospital. All levels of hospitals and departments have first-line treatment of nonstandard drug use, but the difference is not statistically significant (P0.05). There is a general problem in hospitals that do not attach importance to survival evaluation. Conclusion further attention should be paid to the diagnosis and treatment of small cell lung cancer.
