【摘要】：目的探討PDCA循環(huán)法在醫(yī)務(wù)人員手衛(wèi)生管理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法通過對比方法,觀察PDCA循環(huán)法用于醫(yī)務(wù)人員手衛(wèi)生管理的效果,并作出評估。結(jié)果該醫(yī)院ICU醫(yī)務(wù)人員在實(shí)施PDCA循環(huán)法管理之前,手衛(wèi)生執(zhí)行率僅為24%,在實(shí)施PDCA循環(huán)管理4個月后,醫(yī)務(wù)人員手衛(wèi)生執(zhí)行率提高到66%。貫徹PDCA循環(huán)法前后醫(yī)務(wù)人員手衛(wèi)生執(zhí)行率差異具有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),取得良好的管理效果。結(jié)論在醫(yī)務(wù)人員手衛(wèi)生管理中實(shí)行PDCA循環(huán)管理法可明顯提高醫(yī)務(wù)人員手衛(wèi)生執(zhí)行率,必須貫徹始終,不斷提出新的計(jì)劃和目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application effect of PDCA circulation method in hand hygiene management of medical personnel. Methods the effect of PDCA circulation method on hand hygiene management of medical staff was observed and evaluated. Results before the implementation of PDCA circulatory management, the hand hygiene execution rate of ICU medical staff in this hospital was only 24. After 4 months of PDCA circulation management, the hand hygiene execution rate of medical staff increased to 66. There was significant difference in hand hygiene execution rate of medical staff before and after implementation of PDCA method (P0.05), and good management effect was achieved. Conclusion the implementation of PDCA circulation management method in hand hygiene management of medical personnel can obviously improve the hand hygiene execution rate of medical personnel, and new plans and goals must be put forward.
